Can a client terminate our standard SaaS terms for convenience in year one?
Not under the current template. Clause 14.2 allows termination for convenience only after the initial 12-month term1. The team agreed a negotiated fallback in 2025: a 90-day notice right with a fee of three months’ charges2.
